How to grow beautiful and healthy hair faster


Today I feel in the mood of writing something diferent so lets talk about hair, if you're like me and love long beautifull hair keep reading. Last year I experience a massive hair lost and my hair was super thin and damage I didn't know what it was causing it but the truth is that it was me the one who was causing it, so there is a few things basing in my experience that I kown you can do that make a huge difference in way it looks and help to grow faster.

1. Eat Better: sometimes we don't pay attention of what we eat, last year I was working a lot, my schedule was so full that my lunch and almost every meal was a chesse sandwich in a 5 minute break, sometimes a just didn't eat at all and what we eat it's so important to our bodys it's basically what make it function so the best recomendation is eat proprerly 3 times a day, balanced meals becuase your body and your hair need those nutrients.

2. Take a suplement: Vitamins and suplements as Biotin do wonderfull things for you hair, skin and nails I try it and I have to say totally works.

3. Stay away from the heat: this was the hardest thing for me to do, I used to blowdry my hair almost every day, loved to take a hot shower, but I learn that heat it's one of the things that makes more harm to the hair, and when I turn down the heat my hair feels and looks so much better and even my hair color is better.

4. Condition: Conditioners, hair mask and oils leave you hair smooth, silky and softer and help to prevent split ends.

5. Cut it: That doesn't mean to chop off all of your hair, but cut halft inch every three months mantain your hair looking healthy, or you can ask your hairdresser a "dusting" that will only remove the nasty split ends.
