Battle of neon green: who wore it better?

Today we got a fashion battle between two of my favorites trendsetters, Blake Lively who wore a neon green suit that only her can pull off and Kim Kardashian who wore not one but two diferent skin tight dresses in a bright neon green, tell me what you think in the coments, who wore it better?

Velvet on velvet?

If your name is Blake Lovely you don't have to wait for fall to wear a velvet blazer, in fact you don't wear one but two velvet blazers no matter if it's 85 degrees in NY (fashion comes first) and that's why I love her!
